Color Study // 001
I know everyone is doing this, this whole color study thing -- but I'm in need of finding some new colors to work with, so here I go!
I also plan on posting a PDF that has all the color call-outs in it for you, so if you would like to use the colors it'll be easier to load them. Beyond Novel + the cutter and guilded edges
A while back my pal Lindsey asked me to help her brand her business, Beyond Novel. I was more than excited to help -- we developed the logo, defined the color pallet, created graphic elements for her website, and then finished everything off with note cards for correspondence.
Lindsey isn't new to letterpress, so she suggested the blind emboss and the gilded edges. I'd never gilded anything before ... but a learned right quick! With the new cutter it was a breeze -- and they are divine.
